Every thing.was very good. And if you use the train to go to arezzo [80m up the road..about 5euro return,to the centre] all will be ok,,,but don,t drive or you will get lost,yes you will,,stay home one night and let the owner cook for you,,willcost about 50eu a couple,far far better than town food for same price

Got lost every time we drove out the gate,,but those excellent local italian people escorted us home we have a new admiration for the itialians,,,and our vocab is limited to ..bonjourno,si, pizza and alfa romeo just love them

Being part of a (plant) nursery, the grounds are beautifully groomed. Nice swimming pool, friendly owner.

The location of the house is next to a (plant) nursery and industrial estate, directly next to the main road out of Siena. Our room only had light from the entrance door and a strip of panes - bit oppresive. And, as continually remarked, the address in Booked.net and in fact on the gate are completely wrong, which renders the place unfindable. No dinner facilities in the neighbourhood. So €140 + €16 per night for breakfast are, in our opinion, too steep.
